Mubit Logística is a 3PL in Guadalajara, Mexico, 3.5 hours from Manzanillo. Our typical client imports from Asia through Manzanillo or Lázaro Cárdenas and receives the goods in Jalisco. We unload the container, check the pallets in and store them in racks under roof, and we ship each order when you ask for it. You do not rent a warehouse, buy forklifts or hire staff: you pay for the pallets you use.
How a container gets to your rack
- You send the packing list and the arrival date. With that we schedule the dock appointment and reserve rack space.
- We unload. Up to 10 containers a day. A bulk container takes about 3 hours by hand. Unloading a 40-foot container starts at MXN $3,000 plus VAT.
- We check in your inventory. Every SKU is registered in the WMS, which you can see in real time at no cost, and each operation is documented with photos.
- We store and ship. Pallets stay in racks under roof with 24/7 security. When you need an order, we pick it and send it on local or national freight.
What has to happen before it reaches us
Customs clearance happens before the container arrives at our docks. We do not operate a bonded warehouse (depósito fiscal) or the IMMEX regime, so the goods have to arrive already cleared. We also do not handle refrigerated or frozen goods, perishables, goods with strong odors or hazardous materials. We work with dry, shelf-stable goods.
Where we deliver from here
From Guadalajara we run local and national freight, dedicated and consolidated, through subcontracted carriers, and dedicated transport across the Pacific states: Jalisco, Nayarit, Sinaloa, Sonora, Colima and Michoacán. Our two warehouses are La Tijera, in Guadalajara, with 4 docks and a yard for double trailers, and El Colli, in Zapopan, inside an industrial park with a guarded gate that takes 53-foot trailers.
What it costs
Warehousing is billed per pallet per month, from MXN $170 to MXN $220 plus VAT depending on your volume, with a minimum monthly billing of MXN $15,000 per month plus VAT. Questions about running a 3PL in Mexico

Do you receive containers straight from the port?
Yes. We are 3.5 hours from Manzanillo and unload up to 10 containers a day. Send us the packing list and the arrival date so we can schedule the dock.
Can you store goods under bond or under IMMEX?
No. We do not operate a bonded warehouse (depósito fiscal) or the IMMEX regime. The goods have to arrive already cleared through customs.
Is it better than renting my own warehouse in Mexico?
We run the comparison with you. With us you do not invest in a building, staff or forklifts, and you pay only for what you use, with no forced term.
Is there a minimum?
The minimum monthly billing is MXN $15,000 per month plus VAT, which is between 50 and 75 pallets. If your volume is lower, we will tell you honestly whether another option suits you better.
Is my merchandise insured?
We carry a general insurance policy. You can join our policy or extend your own.
Can I see my inventory from abroad?
Yes. Our WMS gives you real-time access and a monthly report at no extra cost, and we open an operations WhatsApp group with your team.
Which goods do you not accept?
Refrigerated or frozen goods, perishables, goods with strong odors and hazardous materials.
