What we are asked most before a first container ships. If your question is not here, message us.
Do you work without a forced term?
Yes. The Flex and High Turnover plans are month to month. A 12-month commitment only applies if you choose Reserve, which guarantees reserved space at a lower rate.
What is the minimum?
The minimum monthly billing is MXN $15,000 per month plus VAT, which is between 50 and 75 pallets. If your volume is lower, we will tell you honestly whether another option suits you better.
Do you receive containers straight from the port?
Yes. We are 3.5 hours from Manzanillo and unload up to 10 containers a day. We schedule the dock appointment and unload bulk containers the same day; palletizing and SKU check-in are quoted separately.
How much does it cost?
Warehousing is billed per pallet position per month, from MXN $170 to MXN $220 plus VAT depending on your volume. Handling and services are quoted separately, and the WMS is free.
Is my merchandise insured?
We carry a general insurance policy. You can join our policy or extend your own.
Can I see my inventory?
Yes, with real-time access to our WMS and a monthly report, at no extra cost. We also open an operations WhatsApp group with your team.
Do you do fulfillment for Mercado Libre and Amazon?
Yes, including shipments to Mercado Libre Full and Amazon FBA, plus Shopify and other platforms.
Can you handle oversized cargo?
In racks we take up to 2.2 metric tons, with a 2.2 × 2.2 m base and 2 m height; taller if it is light and handled by hand. If it does not fit, we tell you.
What do you not receive?
We do not handle refrigerated or frozen goods, perishables, goods with strong odors, hazardous materials, or goods under the IMMEX or bonded warehouse (depósito fiscal) regimes. We work with dry, shelf-stable goods.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will show you the operation in person.
